HIghwaist SATIN Vintage 1930s 40s OPEN BOTTOM SHAPER GIRDLE w/Garters L

Gorgeous slimming 1930s / early 1940s vintage open bottom girdle  was created  of a pretty peach  coloured, glossy satin paired with cotton / rubber blend powernet panels. The Pin-Up perfection foundation girdle has a high waistband, tummy control panel with light boning, an off centre metal zipper closure (backed with interior hook & eye fastens as well as velvet interior padding) and four long adjustable metal  garters circling the hem (the garters appear to be vintage replacements).

MEASUREMENTS:   No labels ...  the waist fits 30 - 33 inches best and the girdle - exclusive of the garters - is 16 inches in length  at its longest. 

CONDITION:    Very slight wear ... overall, very good to  excellent condition.

All of my items are vintage and therefore will have some minimal signs of wear consistent with their age (example - a loose thread).  I describe my items as honestly and accurately as possible with both text and pictures - clearly noting any known larger imperfections (holes, stains, missing buttons, etc).  If I have missed something, I apologize - please let me know and I will do my best to fix the issue.  But please remember I am a human being.  My preloved items have been freshly laundered unless otherwise noted in the description.
