Antique Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Corner Display Cabinet / Vitrine
Circa 1900–1910
A very elegant antique corner display cabinet dating from the Edwardian period, with strong Sheraton Revival influence.
The cabinet is constructed in mahogany and features attractive fine line inlay together with decorative fan-shaped marquetry to the front.
The large oval glazed door gives the piece a particularly graceful appearance and opens to reveal a fabric-lined interior with two shelves, providing three display sections.
The cabinet stands on four slender shaped legs and has a decorative raised gallery top, giving it a beautifully light and refined appearance despite its height.
A lovely narrow-profile piece, ideal for displaying porcelain, glass, silver, small antiques or collectibles while taking up very little floor space.

Condition:
Presented in genuine antique condition with age-related wear throughout.
There are surface marks, scratches, rubbing, small knocks and areas of wear to the timber and finish, all consistent with age and previous use.
The interior fabric lining is also aged and shows staining, marks and small areas of wear.
The glass appears intact.
