duties, taxes and charges  are the buyer's responsibility; the

listing price is what will be marked as value, I will not mark it for

less  or  as "gifts" - US and International

government regulations prohibit such behavior.   

International Shipping:  USPS 1st Class

international is the shipping option that shows on the listing, I will 

use eBay International Standard Delivery (EISD) when available.  This

is a shipping option that only shows for me when purchasing the shipping label,

it is usually $1 or $2 less than the USPS and 

I will refund the difference. EISD works like eBay International

Shipping (EIS) by going through a consolidation house that deals with import

red tape but allows me the ability to refund shipping when the combined cost is

less than eBay calculated.
