Now, the boring stuff. Please READ!

A few things worth knowing before you bid. Most of this is fairly obvious, but experience has taught me that “obvious” is surprisingly subjective!

Postage & packing

I keep postage as low as reasonably possible. I don't set out to make a profit from P&P, but equally I don't intend to make a loss. Please remember that P&P covers more than just the stamp!

The postage shown is for the UK service specified in the listing.

If an item sells for more than £20, it must be sent by fully tracked and insured delivery. UK buyers should use the tracked option.
Overseas buyers should contact me before paying so that I can send an amended invoice for the appropriate service.

If you choose an untracked/uninsured service where one is available, you are accepting the risk of loss in transit. I will retain proof of postage and provide information needed for a postal claim, but I cannot accept sole responsibility for an item once it has been properly posted.

Multiple purchases

I am very happy to combine postage for multiple purchases. The total will generally be based on the appropriate postage rate for the combined weight/size, plus a reasonable handling charge for additional items.

If you're bidding on several of my items, please don't pay until you've finished bidding and I've sent a combined invoice.

I'm happy to hold dispatch while you finish bidding — just let me know you're doing so and tell me when you're finished. If you pay before receiving a combined invoice, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to refund excess postage.

Dispatch

I will send your item as soon as reasonably possible after payment. Dispatch can be anything from the same day to up to a week, depending on the rather crazy shift system I work.

Bidding & payment

Please only bid if you genuinely intend to buy the item and can pay for it.

A bid is a commitment to purchase, so please don't bid and then change your mind. I will not cancel bids simply because someone has had second thoughts, and inappropriate use of bid cancellation may be reported to eBay.

If you win, please pay promptly. If there's a genuine problem, just contact me — communication makes life considerably easier for everyone.

Finally...

Please read the description and examine the photographs carefully, and ask any questions before bidding. I'm always happy to provide additional information where I can.

Returns/refunds are dealt with in accordance with applicable eBay policies and the circumstances of the transaction.

By bidding or paying, you confirm that you have read the listing and these additional terms, subject to eBay's own policies and buyer protections.

If anything isn't clear, please ask before bidding rather than after the auction has ended!
