• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Free returns for faulty items within the applicable return period (UK)

c) Warranty Policy

All smartphones include a 12-month seller warranty covering technical and mechanical faults that occur during normal use.

• Technical and mechanical faults are covered for 12 months
• Battery and LCD/display defects are covered for the first 3 months from the date of purchase
• Battery health naturally decreasing over time is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under warranty
• For warranty claims made after the first 3 months, the buyer is responsible for the cost of sending the device to us
• If an eligible warranty fault is confirmed, we will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replacement device to the buyer
• Accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, neglect, software modifications, firmware flashing, unauthorised repairs and physical damage are not covered
• Cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, cracked screens, cracked back glass and other damage caused after delivery are not covered
