To ensure safe and prompt delivery from South Korea, please provide a precise shipping address and a valid contact number.
Please note that we cannot alter the delivery address once the payment has been completed.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Buyer's Responsibility: In compliance with eBay policy, import duties, taxes, VAT, and any courier brokerage fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office prior to purchasing.
Customs Clearance: If your package is held at local customs, it is your responsibility to contact them or your local delivery carrier. If you require specific invoices or documents for clearance, please message us and we will gladly assist you.
Unsuccessful Delivery & Rejections: If a package is returned to us due to a refusal to pay customs taxes, an incorrect address, or an unclaimed status, the buyer will be responsible for the original shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee of the total price.
RETURN POLICY We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item. If you encounter any issues, please contact us immediately via eBay messages so we can assist you before you open a formal return request.
Standard Returns (Shipping cost deducted): All items, accessories, and manuals must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition.
Opened/Used Returns (Shipping + Restocking fee deducted): If the item's original packaging is opened, accessories have been used, or the item shows non-manufacturing damage, a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund along with the original shipping cost.
Exceptions: Only verifiable manufacturing defects are accepted as defective returns. We reserve the right to reject returns for items with missing parts or user-induced damage. Refunds will be processed promptly after we receive and inspect the returned product.
