Damaged in transit?
- Check the parcel before signing. If the driver will not wait, sign as “damaged”.
- Photograph the packaging and the part, and message us the same day so we can claim against the courier.
- Keep all packaging until the claim is settled.
Warranty & returns
- 30 days from delivery. Faulty or not as described? Tell us within 48 hours — replacement or full refund on return.
- Claims need a dated invoice from a qualified garage confirming fitting. Engines must also show a receipt for a new timing kit and oil.
- Labour, fitting and return postage are not covered.
- Wrong part ordered? Return unused within 14 days for a refund less 20% handling. Buyer pays return postage.
- Every part is UV-marked before dispatch and checked against those marks on return.
