“The more you eat, the healthier and longer you live.” With this sentiment in mind, Koshihikari from the Yoshida family was created. This rice is grown without the use of pesticides during its cultivation period.
About 20 years ago, the Yoshida Farm began producing rice without pesticides, and this was their very first flagship product.
Upon discovering the realities of how special rice for family consumption is cultivated, they felt a mission: to grow and sell rice that they would want their families to eat! Over these 20 years, they have pondered how to deliver delicious, healthy rice to many people, continually experimenting each year. They love rice, and thus they pursue its deliciousness. There is a question of eating something every day that is safe but tasteless. They believe that enjoying daily meals is essential for maintaining health.
Only rice that passes the taste test using a state-of-the-art taste meter is labeled as “Koshihikari from the Yoshida Family.”
