An original Civil War cover that came in a collection of papers that belonged to J. C. Rogers.  Based on other papers that this came with, he appears to have been a Doctor for the military during the War.  This cover has a patriotic image of an eagle and says Freedom National Liberty & Union. I currently have other items listed that came with this item.

The cover has some wear and stain marks.
