For sale is my ASUS Rog Ally that I used while travelling for work and gaming, I no longer travel and it has sat in a cupboard collecting dust so it is time to move it on.
The RC71L Z1 Extreme ROG Ally with the included accessories allows you to game on the go and setup as a full desktop computer providing unparalleled flexibility when gaming or working. I personally used it docked in hotels or apartments with a portable monitor, wireless mouse and wired keyboard. It performed great and allowed me to meet both work and gaming commitments while on the go.
It is in fantastic condition, I have personally only used it docked, but I am 2nd owner.
It comes with the following:

Overall this is a fairly complete bundle, only things I would potentially add in the future is increased storage and a larger battery. I didn't opt to increase the storage personally as I did not need it. Additionally, I did not touch the battery because as previously mentioned, it was always docked.
A few things that need mentioning:
1. The previous owner included a 1tb micro SD card which never worked. I do not have another device to test the SD card in, and it is a Chinese named brand that I can no longer find online. It is VERY POSSIBLE that this model has suffered from the SD card issues, please bear that in mind.
2. When fitting the backplate, I accidentality caused some scratches in the plastic where you have to pry it apart, you could easily sand these off, but they are a little rough on the hand as is. I didn't bother to fix this as it was used docked. Pictures included
3. No boxes will be provided.
4. The left back button is able to be pressed further than it should, I believe this to be down to using the incorrect cushion pad thing for the button when installing the backplate, the others will be included so can be swapped out for a more fitting one. The button works, it just doesn't click as well as intended, hard to explain, see the video. The backplate manufacturer state this is due to ASUS's manufacturing tolerances which is why they provide multiple sizes of fittings.
5. The original charger is included. The Anker one is better anyway as the standard one does not provide enough power to charge the device at full speed and power the dock. The Anker one is also far more portable.
6. The original backplate is also included. I bought the Modcase one to improve thermal performance to squeeze out every extra FPS while gaming. It does help but the choice is yours. It also has a weird lil stand attachment that you can attach the included strap to. I didn't use this as I used it docked.
7. Battery health is reported at 34,179mwh / 40,001mwh. SSD health is reported at 97% life remaining.
