This chic mini dress features a stylish back cut out, smocked waist and V surplice neckline. Shell is a sheer flowy chiffon and lining is a black opaque stretchy polyester. Garment has been washed and comes from a nonsmoking pet-friendly home. Moderate signs of general wear, many runs in the skirt shell on the left side. I have mended a small rip (less than an inch) on the left side, see last few photos.
