HOW TO MOULD & USE

  1. Practise the Fit: Place the mouth guard over your upper teeth and gently suck out the air between the tray and gums. Practise a couple of times before moulding. Repeat the same process for the lower teeth if required.

  2. Soften the Tray: Pour water heated to approximately 80–90°C into a suitable flat-bottomed container. Immerse the tray while keeping the handle above the water. Leave it for approximately 5–7 seconds, then carefully remove it.

  3. Create Your Fit: Quickly and carefully position the softened tray over your teeth. Gently press it around your teeth with your fingers while using your tongue to shape the inside. Do not bite down hard.

  4. Trim the Tray: After approximately 10–15 seconds of shaping, remove the tray and rinse it with water. Carefully trim excess material along the moulded gum line and remove the handle as required.

  5. For Whitening Use: Dry the inside of the tray with soft paper before applying your compatible whitening gel. The supplied instructions recommend applying approximately a 0.5–1mm layer across the outer tooth-contact surface.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Take care when handling hot water and the freshly softened tray.

  • Do not leave the tray in hot water longer than necessary.

  • Avoid biting down hard while moulding.

  • When trimming for whitening use, excess material above the gum line should be removed to help prevent whitening gel from unnecessarily contacting the gums.

  • Actual colour may vary slightly due to lighting and different screen settings.

  • Please allow for minor measurement differences caused by manual measurement.
