The sign turns on but has flaws. Please see the list of flaws below:
- When turned on, the motor buzzes loud
- The display wheel inside does not spin. If it were to spin it would give the waterfall illusion
- There is one missing light bulb holder
- The front black, plastic ring is not intact
- There is some wear on the sides, like paint and scuffs
- The light bulb will not be included
