Good condition. Cloth split on the front hinge, fraying at the ends of the spine and worn on the corners. Inner hinges cracking but binding still firm. Endpapers foxed and with previous owner inscription on the front pastedown. Page edges slightly age toned but otherwise clean and tidy.
