DELIVERY
- - Most of our orders ship within 1 business day of being placed.
- Most of our products ship with AU POST or FASTWAY, Australia local shipping.
- We can only ship your order to the PayPal verified address given to us at the time you checkout on eBay. Please verify that this address is the correct one you wish to have your package sent to. If an address change is needed you will be responsible for any fees associated.
- - If AU POST cannot deliver it for any reason (including they cannot reach you with the telephone number provided in the order or there is no phone number in the order), it will be re-consigned back to our warehouse and treated as a refused package where the order will be refunded minus a 20% processing fee.
-Notes：If your address is remote, you will need to pay shipping fee difference. Thanks for understanding.
PAYMENT
- We accept online payment.
- All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor PayPal.(* If you use e-check on PayPal, delivery may take longer, as we will hold your order until your e-check clear)
- Payment must be received within 7 business days of auction closing.

- Custom duties, taxes, or charges are not included in the cost you pay to us.

RETURNS
- A new return is considered a brand new item that you ended up not needing or perhaps you purchased incorrectly for your specific vehicle. Please keep in mind that spending time before purchasing the part to confirm it is indeed exactly what you need can help prevent you from ordering the wrong part. Please remember to email us which warehouse to send the item back before return. And all returns must be shipped back in their original factory packaging. Shipping Damage Shipping damage is any item/package suspected of being broken or damaged in anyway during the shipping process. We purchase full insurance for this, however the damage must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the package.
WARRANTY

1 Year warranty against manufacture defect.
Replace/return are available if buyers receive wrong/damaged/defective items.
For replacement or return , buyer should keep the item in acceptable packing.
Before replace or return ,buyer should submit proof to us by pics if possible.
