What You Will Receive

The bed frame package includes:

  • Pre-fitted brackets for easy assembly
  • All necessary bolts and screws
  • 54-inch Headboard
  • 37-inch Footboard
  • Strong solid wooden slats
  • Centre support bar where required

Easy Assembly

The headboard and footboard are supplied with their brackets already fitted.

For assembly, simply loosen the eight bolts, attach the side rails into the brackets and securely tighten all bolts.

The supplied centre support bar can then be placed into the U-shaped brackets already fitted to the headboard and footboard.

Please note: Once the frame is assembled, place the wooden slats across the frame. The slats are designed to sit securely in position and do not need to be screwed down.

Orthopaedic Mattress Available

An orthopaedic mattress option is available for customers looking for additional support and comfort.

Depending on your selected mattress, it may contain materials such as memory foam and other supportive fillings designed to provide a comfortable sleeping surface and help with pressure distribution.

We provide FREE delivery to most UK Mainland postcodes.

If your postcode appears on the list, please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm the delivery charge.

Certain other locations outside our normal Mainland delivery area may also incur an additional delivery fee.

We do not offer delivery to offshore locations, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and the Channel Islands.

For deliveries to the 2nd floor or above, an additional charge may apply depending on the courier and access arrangements. Ground-floor delivery is free of additional charges.

All deliveries are fully insured. If the item is damaged during transportation, we will arrange a replacement free of charge.

Delivery Arrangements

Delivery dates are arranged according to the courier's route and availability in your area.

Once your order has been placed, you can contact us through eBay Messages if you have a preferred delivery date. We will try our best to accommodate your request, subject to the courier's availability.

Customers will normally receive an eBay message or text notification on the day before delivery, including an estimated delivery time.

Please understand that exact delivery times or specific time slots cannot be guaranteed, as deliveries depend on the courier's route.

If you need to make any changes to the delivery arrangements, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery.

Important Information About Delivery

Delivery is made to the communal entrance or front door of the property. Couriers are not authorised to take the item further inside the property.

If you need the bed moved into the property, please ensure that suitable assistance is available.

Please provide an active mobile phone number after completing your purchase. This enables us to provide your contact details to the courier and helps avoid unnecessary delivery delays.

Please inspect the packaging and item upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, contact us immediately.

By accepting the delivery, you confirm that the item has been received in good condition.
