Minor light scuffing, creasing & shelf wear to the covers. The binding is good. The pages are yellowing due to age. The pages are clean, with the previous owner's name, place & date written in blue pen at the top of the half title page. There is a very tiny tear to the side edge of one page and a tiny crease to the bottom corner of one page. No missing pages.

This is a used item to be sold "as is". I have described it as well as I can.
