In good condition. Please see the photos - they form part of the description. 

Very minor scuffing & shelf wear to the front cover. The binding is very good. There are small yellow marks inside the covers & to a few pages at the back of the book. The pages are yellowed due to age. The pages are clean. There is a tiny crease to the bottom corner of a few pages. No torn or missing pages.
