    Shipping
    We ensure all purchases are dispatched with Royal Mail within 2 working days, however during bank holidays and weekends there may be a slight delay

    Packages containing 8 cards or less will be carefully packaged in a sleeve and a "Do Not Bend" Envelope

    Packages containing 9+ cards will be carefully packaged in bubble wrap and a sturdy box.

    Parcels above £400 will be upgraded to Royal Mail Special Delivery

    eBay Authentication Programme
    If a card has an individual value of £350+, they will automatically be sent to eBay's Authentication Programme before they are then shipped onto you

    If you encounter a problem with delivery after they have shipped it out to you, please contact eBay directly for them to resolve the issue

    Postage Cost
    We charge a flat £2.75 for postage for all items sold on eBay Live.

    If eBay have incorrectly charged you any additional postage cost, please contact us after the livestream and we will send a partial refund for the additional charge

    Please note that for items with an individual value of £350+ will be automatically sent to eBay's Authentication Hub and you will automatically be charged an additional postage cost for this. We cannot send a refund for this as it will be sent in a seperate parcel to the rest that are under that value
