In overall good condition for its age. Please see the photos - they form part of the description. 

Scuffing & shelf wear to the dust jacket. There are many small & very small tears to the edges of the dust jacket and there is a closed diagonal tear from the top corner of the front cover of the dust jacket. The brown cloth boards & silver lettering are in very good condition. There is minor bumping to the bottom corner of the front cover. The binding is excellent. The pages are yellowing due to age. There are tiny mark to a few pages. No creased, torn or missing pages. 

This is a used item. I have described it as well as I can.
