Here is a 1950's era released car model kit all Wood, plastic and paper components.

The car featured is a Ford MODEL'T' Torpedo.

Some  machine turned wood and Brass components in a sealed cellophane bag. Instruction sheet and (4) red plastic wheels present as well. I see nothing pre-started.
