This is a girls size 6-9 months sleeveless dress with matching bloomers. The brand is Youngland.  The dress is white with blue embroidery.  There is a blue ribbon at the waist with a bow and white flower in the center.  The hem is a wide blue band.  The dress is lined with a layer of crinoline on the skirt lining. The dress buttons and ties in the back. The bloomers are blue.  This outfit is in excellent condition.  It is made of 100% polyester.  The dress measures 15 1/2" long with a 19" waist and is 9" from side seam to side seam under the arms.  Very Beautiful!
