This is a girls size 7 short sleeve dress.  The brand is Amy Byer.  The dress has a green lining and a sheer green overlay.  The overlay has purple and blue flowers on it.  The dress has a handkerchief hem.  It ties in the back.  It is made of 100% polyester.  It is in excellent condition.  The dress measures 33" long and is 12" from side seam to side seam under the arms.  Very Pretty!
