A charming antique German bisque doll dating to around 1894, approximately 40 cm (15.7 in) tall.
The doll has a composition and wood body and is a compact, easy-to-display size.
She looks particularly lovely in blue, and the current dress suits her very well.
A pearl necklace is included. I will also look for undergarments and tights in a suitable size and include them as complimentary items if available.

The neck has been repainted.
The sleep eyes are functional, but they are currently secured in place with tissue paper.

The elastic is generally weak, although the doll can be seated without difficulty.
There is a natural knot or grain feature in the wood on the back of one thigh. This is characteristic of wood and has not caused any cracking during its ownership history.
The area below the knees has been repaired with modern materials by previous owners.
The dress and shoes are modern replacements rather than antique originals.
The sleeves of the dress have been repaired/altered.
The outfit is not antique, but it suits the doll particularly well.
