Payment
1.We accept payment via PayPal , Google Pay , Visa , MasterCard , Amex
2.If we did not receive your payment or hear from you within 4 days after the auction ended, we reserve the right to cancel your bid and sell to the next highest bidder or list the items back on auction. (Non-payment may result in a UPI (Unpaid Item) being put on your account. eBay will automatically close your account if you accumulate 4 UPI's in total.)
Shipping
1.Item will be shipped within 1-2 business days ( Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays) after your payment clears.
2.We ship to eBay confirmed address ONLY. Please make sure your address in eBay is matched with your shipping address before you pay.
3.Domestic Packages are shipped from our US UK AU DE warehouse. It usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive.
4.If you do not receive your parcel during normal period, please contact us first via eBay or email. We will be glad to track it and solve it asap for you.
Returns

If you receive the "DEFECTIVE ITEM" OR " ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED"
You can send me ebay messages / email with attached pictures (show more details), you can say your request, refund or resend at the time, then we will refund or resend a replacement to you within 24 hours (During the working time).
OR you can open a return on ebay, but normally it will takes 2-3 business days to solve.

1.We understand that sometimes an item may not turn out to be just what you need. Refund or replacement request is available within 30 days after parcel received & in original condition and packing.
2. Please contact us before returning items and we will provide the shipping address. DO NOT send without communication.
3. If you just change your mind and want to return the item, please make sure the package remains sealed, unopened and eligible for second selling, or we have the right not to accept the return
