I take pride in carefully inspecting, storing, packing, and shipping every item I sell. With 25+ years of professional experience in apparel product development, technical design, quality, construction, and fit, I bring a trained eye to evaluating clothing, textiles, workmanship, and condition.

I also have extensive hands-on experience with Barbie and other vintage dolls, doll clothing, cleaning, restoration, and minor repairs. Dolls, glassware, jewelry, collectibles, and other fragile items are packed with special attention to protecting them in transit.

• Clothing and merchandise are bagged and protected during storage to keep them clean and ready for their new home.

• Dolls, glass, and other fragile or crush-sensitive items are shipped in sturdy new boxes with appropriate protective packing materials.

• Items are packed securely and appropriately for the individual item—not simply dropped into a mailer.

• Orders generally ship the next business day Monday–Friday. Purchases made Friday noon  through Sunday typically ship Monday.
