consists of one, 5.5 x 7.5", 128pp, softcover book, edited by Harry Smith with Sidney Bernard and Ray Boxer. It is a lively romp through New York City's art and literary underground, covering Gertrude Stein, Paul Ableman, Greg Kuzma, Dick Higgins, Elizabeth Bishop; Eshleman-Creeley-Olson, among others. This is a new, unread book that is so stiff it was difficult to photograph. Please note that I don't add anything to the shipping cost. I enter the weight and size, and eBay calculates the cost based on distance and USPS prices. I agree that for an item that barely weighs more than a few ounces, prices are excessive.
