WWII Japanese Army Type 93 Binocular Case Canvas Waterproof Coating
Original Japanese military binocular case believed to have been used with the Type 93 binoculars.
The case features canvas construction with the khaki-colored waterproof coating commonly seen on Japanese military equipment during the wartime period. The leather shoulder strap is also from the period.
The buckle fastening hardware on the leather strap is damaged.
Only minimal cleaning has been carried out in order to preserve the case as much as possible in its existing period condition. The item has age-related wear, dirt, and signs of use consistent with its age.
