Secondly, occasion is given to explain sundry difficult places of Scripture, and to set forth the lives and deaths of many kings, patriarches, prophets, and saints of God.

This appears to be a 18th century manuscript of the above work, possibly in more than one hand. Red ruled lines and page numbering throughout.
Attractively bound manuscript copy of the above work. Half leather with marbled paper covered boards. Measuring approx. 30.5cm x 19.6cm x 3cm. Gilt titles to spine. The marbled paper boards are lightly toned, else attractive. Internally there are crisp endpapers and blanks to front and rear. The 'work' starts on p5 (title and all before lacking). Light scattered pale foxing and toning, with some marks, crease and ink smudges. Some chips and a couple of archival repairs. Last Index leaf chipped to edges and laid down to a later blank. Difficult to ascertain how accurately transcribed this work is, or how much is lacking to start, please see images carefully or email for any points.

  • We offer FREE UK domestic shipping, fully tracked and insured.
  • We use several services for overseas shipping, under 5kg usually shipped via Royal Mail Tracked. Heavier shipments or faster courier services are available, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred method.
  • We combine shipping for multiple items (Please wait to be invoiced for multiple purchases for accurate costings).
  • We will also gladly hold purchased items to allow for larger combined shipments, (Please let us know before payment).
  • All shipping costs are weight dependent.

Packaging
All our books will be carefully and securely packaged in custom made book boxes (The majority of which are produced Carbon Neutral). The Bubble packaging and boxes are all recyclable, and most tape used is environmentally friendly (we are constantly researching ways to reduce our environmental impact without compromising safe, secure and affordable shipping). We aim to send all items within 24-48 hours of payment.
