This is a huge, beautiful pecan resin Old World Santa Claus. He was cast by JR in 1997. The last known maker in the US stopped casting pecan resin pieces around 2003. They are no longer available, and you will not come across them in this size very often. JR was known for the beautiful faces and great details he put into his work.
