This charming pixel-art, story-driven adventure is set in Nipponbashi, Osaka, Japan's famous electronics and otaku district. You become the manager of the maid café Fuwa Fuwa, spending your days running the café, exploring the district, shopping, collecting items and building relationships with four fully voiced maid characters. The game also features recreations of real shops and locations around Nipponbashi.
Importantly for UK buyers, although this is the Japanese physical release, the game includes full English language support, alongside Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
Game details:
Nintendo Switch game cards are generally not region locked, so this Japanese physical cartridge can be played on a UK/European Nintendo Switch console. The particularly useful feature of this release for import buyers is that English is officially supported in-game.
After becoming exhausted from working for a harsh company, the protagonist finds himself managing a maid café in Osaka's Nipponbashi district. There he meets four very different maids — Shiro, Miyu, Favna and Honoka — and gradually becomes part of the local community. The game combines café life, character relationships, dates, shopping, collecting and exploration with a relaxed, story-focused adventure.
The four main characters are fully voiced, with a Japanese cast including Ikumi Hasegawa, Ayasa Ito, Sayumi Suzushiro and Yui Ishikawa.
The physical edition also features a reversible cover/jacket, with alternate artwork created for the packaged release.
Brand new, unused and factory sealed.
The original wrapping remains intact as shown in the photographs. Please study all photographs carefully as they show the exact item you will receive and form part of the description.
An attractive Japanese physical release for Nintendo Switch collectors, import game collectors, visual/adventure game fans and anyone interested in Japanese maid café and Akihabara/Nipponbashi culture — with the major advantage of official English language support.
