This orange Porsche 928 variant with Fila and Ausonia racing livery was manufactured during a very brief window between 1981 and 1982 right before Mattel permanently closed its Italian manufacturing facilities.

This model was only pressed for a few short months, it is widely considered an exceptionally hard-to-find collector's piece. VERY hard to find.
