Wonderful and very complete nativity set, handmade by Marolin, Germany. A beautiful vintage Marolin "Christi Geburt" Nativity Scene made in Germany. This traditional Christmas crib includes hand-painted composition figures together with the original wooden stable and original storage box.

The set displays wonderfully during the Christmas season and is highly collectible among vintage German nativity enthusiasts

The figures are made of patinated Marolin mass (papier-mache plus kaolin) and are in vintage condition.

They come in their original box, complete with straw.

Baby Jesus in the manger, Joseph and Mary, the three wise men Caspar, Balthasar and Melchior, a shepherd, the ox, the donkey and 3 sheep.

In very good vintage condition, with signs of use. The box is heavily used.
