Some light scuffing & shelf wear to the covers. There are some small coffee splashes, a small mark & a small blue pen scribble on the front cover. The binding is very good. The pages are yellowing due to age. The pages are clean. There are a few light creases to the sides edges of some pages due to use. No torn or missing pages.
This is a used item to be sold "as is". I have described it as well as I can.
