Original Full Size WWI WWII era Maryland National Guard 5th Regiment Service Medal with 1927 90% Attendance Award Bar plus Ribbon Bar.  The Medal is in very good condition, however the Ribbon Bar shows some wear.  The Medal attached to its original pin back top bar (SEE SCANS).
