1973 lovely Mint example of this 53 year old LP An Audio Obstacle Course Era 111 Shure Trackability Test Record for turntable and or cartridge set up. Letter from Shure included with tips on use, and full guide to rear also.

This came out with their (still now regarded by many) top of the range V15 mkIII cart, but was sold separately. It is perfect for any stereo turntable though and any vinyl enthusiast with at least one record player needs this as a tool for best sound from your record collection. Mine is used every time I change cartridge and every time I add a table to my sad anorak hoard. These are nearly always played to death in my experience, or damaged from inexpert setting up. A clean one like this is scarce. See also a matching 1971 example also in my ebay store.
