- When the machine is working, the agar added in the pot should not be less than 2kg. Insufficient agar may cause sticking or dry burning, which can damage electrical components. The maximum temperature must not exceed 90°C.
- If the pot contains frozen solid agar, do not attempt to stir it directly. Allow it to thaw for a period of time first. Forced stirring may damage the blades or burn out the motor.
- After each restart, verify that the upper and lower temperature limits are correctly set.
