Wir haben das Design des Ölkühlers für den F80/82 mit unserem Performance-Ölkühler aufgepeppt. Wir haben die Leichtbauweise zugunsten eines Vollaluminiumkühlers mit WIG-geschweißten Stangen und Platten aufgegeben, um die Festigkeit und Kühlung zu erhöhen. Die Stäbe und Platten sind eine viel robustere Form der Wärmetauscher-Kernkonstruktion, die für eine verbesserte Wärmeübertragung gedacht ist und die Stärke hat, potenziellen Straßenschmutz abzuwehren, so dass die Öltemperaturen niedrig bleiben und dort bleiben, wo sie sein sollen.

Wir haben außerdem die Dicke des Kerns um 10 mm erhöht, was einer Steigerung des Kernvolumens um 46 % entspricht und die Ölkapazität um 0,4 Liter erhöht. Der 2015-2020 BMW M3/M4 Ölkühler passt direkt an die Stelle der serienmäßigen Einheit!
