Battery Charging Capability

The PD4135KW2BV RV Power Converter is designed for both Lead Acid (LA) and Lithium (LI) batteries. The full 35 Amp rated output is available for load, battery charging, or both.

Lead Acid Charging Modes

For Lead Acid batteries, the converter provides a nominal output of 13.6VDC. The system senses battery voltage and automatically selects the appropriate operating mode:

  • Normal: 13.6VDC
  • Boost: 14.4VDC
  • Storage: 13.2VDC

The system detects battery type and automatically adjusts the charging mode to provide the correct charge level to the batteries and extend battery life.

Lithium Battery Mode

For Lithium batteries, the converter provides a constant nominal output voltage of 14.6VDC.

Built-In Protection & Cooling

The converter features a built-in intelligent, variable-speed cooling fan along with multiple protection functions:
