A very nice 16 centimetre and 188 gramme solid silver candlestick, fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1919 and the maker is William Aitken. 
It has a wooden base.
The sconce inner is a bit grubby to the base which the photos should show. Shiftable to be sure, but not by me! 
There is low key base dentage and a bit to the sconce (the concentric circles mainly). The video shows it well I think. Very minor in the scheme of things IMHO.
