This listing is for a Cobra DS-Adapt #4 Hybrid / 21 Degree / with a Regular Flex KBS PG Hybrid 75 Shaft. I purchased it brand new and hit it about 5-6 times on the range so as far as I can see it's in mint condition. I already have a set of three matching hybrids and didn't want to swap them all out for this Cobra model so have decided to sell it.
