Step‑by‑Step Installation Guide

  1. Choose warm, dry environment, avoid install under cold / rainy weather. Recommended installation temperature above 15℃ (60℉).
  2. Clean original door handle surface thoroughly, remove dust, oil, wax residue. Wipe dry completely, surface must be 100% clean & dry.
  3. Dry‑fit each handle cover first without peeling adhesive backing paper, double‑check fitment and smart‑hole alignment with your factory handle sensor.
  4. Peel off 3M adhesive protective film, do NOT touch adhesive surface with fingers.
  5. Align cover to original handle position carefully, pay extra attention for smart‑key hole position match the sensor.
  6. Press firmly and evenly all over the whole cover for 60‑90 seconds, make full contact between adhesive and handle surface.
  7. Do NOT wash vehicle within 24‑48 hours after installation, give 3M adhesive enough time for full bonding.
  8. Repeat operation for rest door handles, finish installation.

Q1: Cover pop‑up, edge lifting after installation?
A: Most caused by dirty / oily handle surface, or cold temperature during install. Clean surface completely before install. Press hard for enough time. Do not wash car within 48 hours. If edges lift, use heat gun / hair‑dryer warm the cover and re‑press edges.

Q2: Smart key keyless entry function stop working after putting on covers?
A: Confirm you align pre‑cut smart‑key hole exactly over factory sensor. Make sure nothing block the sensor window. Do not apply extra tape over sensor hole area.

Q3: This part can replace my broken original door handle?
A: No. This is decorative overlay cover, stick over your existing intact factory handle. It cannot fix broken internal handle mechanism.

Q4: Does this fit other Infiniti / Nissan models?
