New with tags, but as stated in the title there is some discoloration due to age. It's from the 2010s.

This dress is a button blouse skirt combo with a zip on the side.

The blouse it a silky chiffon type of blouse and the skirt is cotton.

The garment tag has 100% cotton, but also 90%ramie and 10% polyurethane. Most likely the difference of the blouse and skirt.

I didn't take a picture, but the angle front seam of the skirt part is not sewn, giving a wrap skirt effect.. (please le me know if you'd like more pictures)

The buttons are metal and are also on the wrist of the blouse. 

Measurements were taken with garment laying flat. 

Womens size 30 which is a xs/s in US Measurements. 

Chest: 15in. Waist: 17in. Shoulders: 15in. Length: 35in.
