Shipping:

Orders are generally dispatched in one business days (NOT including weekends)from cleared payment.

Times for delivery will vary by region/country, please use the ETA delivery time shown on eBay as a rough estimate only (these are estimated time of arrival dates that are calculated by eBay not us), as the ETA delivery date displayed does NOT factor in weekends and local public holidays.

VD AUTOPARTS is not liable for redelivery fees as a result of:

a) Purchasers not being present at the time of an attempted delivery; or b) Purchasers failure to pick up an item from the carrier upon being notified of an unsuccessful delivery attempt by the carrier.

Customers will be able to track their orders online, with the tracking information provided (via Ebay) once orders are dispatched.

Where everything is made possible to ensure your delivery is dispatched promptly (currently 1 business days from cleared payment), we are however, not liable for transit delays, issues with couriers, natural disasters etc, that may occur and affect delivery times of your order (which will affect ETA delivery dates).

VD AUTOPARTS do not take responsibility for broken or lost items via transit. These incidences can occur, but are rare, and we will do everything possible to assist you in the unfortunate event if it does.

All items will be dispatched within 48 hours until payment cleared.

Orders will be shipped from our Sydney warehouse directly.

Most parcels can be delivered within 1-7 working days.

We provide FREE POSTAGE or FLAT RATE POSTAGE to 99% areas in Australia-wide. However some faraway areas may not eligible. Seller will contact buyer if the item need extra shipping cost.

Return Policy

**We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to process a refund the product less S&H within 30 Days of your purchase.

All return items will require a RMA number, which is given by our Customer Service Department only. Please allow 10-14 days for returns and exchange to be process.

Please inspect all your order(s) upon receipt.

All return items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging.

We will not reship replacement(s) before we get a claim approval for the lost or stolen item(s) or the returned item from customers. In most cases, all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless it has been approved by our Customer Service Department.

Any item(s) that the buyer states as defective will be tested by our Returns Department, if there is no problems or errors found during testing.

Once the RMA# is issued, the buyer will have 30 days to return the item, if any items that is return after 30 days, the item(s) are subject for rejection.

All items are brand new unless otherwise stated.

PROFESSIONAL installation is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on usage.
