Feature:
1. With a throttle valve, the adjustment of the throttle valve can reduce the fluctuation of the film size before and after inflation, thus ensuring that the film width is consistent. For example, the film is wider, the gas flow rate can be adjusted larger, and vice versa.
2. When the film is broken or less than the set value of 1MM, or it can be automatically inflated when it is used; if the film is not broken, it can be quickly charged to the set value.
3. When the inflation has not been charged to the set value for more than 5 seconds, an automatic alarm is given to indicate that the air flow is too small or the membrane has been broken.
4. With manual inflation control twist.
5. With sensitivity indicator, it can indicate three states: too low, normal and too high.
6. The whole control circuit, throttle valve and solenoid valve are installed in the control unit, which makes the operation very simple and convenient.
7. Infrared radiation is used to detect the size of the film, which solves the problem caused by the detection of the mechanical switch (the wind controller is a mechanical switch).
8. This product adopts the intelligent control of single-chip microcomputer to solve the mis-inflation caused by the film shake. Make the control more accurate.
