Incorporated Under the Laws of the State of Montana - MINES AT RIMINI, MONTANA (printed beneath title) 

Stock certificate issued for 500 shares. Rimini is a ghost town located in Lewis and Clark County, about 14 miles west of Helena. At its peak in 1890, the population was only around 300 people. This is one of the oldest mining districts in the state. Ore contained gold, silver and lead. Signed by Charles E. Morris as president. Certificate registered at the Union Bank & Trust Company of Helena.
