The objective of Sequence is to be the first player or team to score a specific number of five-chip connections (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal) on the game board.
Two players/teams need two sequences; three players/teams need one sequence.
Each card is pictured twice on the board
- Play a Card: Place one card from your hand face-up onto your personal discard pile.
- Place a Chip: Put one of your colored chips on a matching open space on the board.
Draw a Card: Draw a new card from the draw pile. Note: If you forget to draw before the next player takes their turn, you lose the chance to draw for that turn.
- Two-Eyed Jacks: Wild cards. Play them to place one of your chips on any open space on the board.
- One-Eyed Jacks: Removal cards. Play them to remove an opponent's chip from the board (you cannot remove a chip that is already part of a completed sequence).
