Vintage Ferodo Tapley Brake Testing Meter on Floor Mounting Block, case & papers.
Untested, this was part of out accessories back in the days when we did the vintage and historic car rallies and shows.  
I can remember these being used for brake testing for MOT test way back.  

This will be well packaged and mailed promptly, mailing by RM Tracked medium parcels due to weight and size of parcel.
Collection in person from WN7 is fine by arrangement.
