Wolverine Angle Gauges for Bitzenburger Fletching Jig

     I love my Bitzenburger jig but could never get it in the same position twice. These gauges let you to consistently set your fixture at 0, 1, 2, and 3 degrees. No more guessing at pencil marks. 

Instructions:

1. Loosen the set screws on the fixture.

2. Use the supplied clamp to hold the gauge to the arrow in the fixture. 

3. Place supplied metal stock on top of gauge against magnets.

4. Apply slight pressure between the gauge and the fixture allowing it to sit flat against the magnets. 

5. Retighten your set screws. 

6. Open your beverage.

7. Start fletching.

Step 6 can be moved before any step in the process.

     -For Right Helical Clamp - 1, 2, and 3 degree

     -For Straight Clamp - 1 Right, 2 Right, 0 Straight, 1 Left, and 2 Left degree

     -For Left Helical Clamp - 1, 2, and 3 degree

Gauges are 3D printed PLA plastic, colors may vary slightly.  

Jig and clamps are not included. 

Note: In some cases, the Bitzenburger jig may have to be slightly filed in order to give clearance 

for the 3-degree right clamp if you run your fletching forward far enough.
