This BOSS CH-1 Super Chorus was manufactured in December 1995 according to the BOSS serial number decoder.
It has been tested and is in excellent cosmetic and working condition. Sound output has been confirmed with both a PSA power supply and a 9V battery. All knobs and controls operate properly.
This pedal includes the original box and manual.
This is a pink-label analog CH-1, built around the analog MN3007 BBD chip used before BOSS switched the circuit to digital in October 2001. Its dedicated EQ knob acts as a tone control, letting you dial in anything from a smooth, conventional chorus to the brighter, edgier tone the CH-1 is known for.

The BOSS CH-1 Super Chorus has long been a favorite for its clean, lush modulation and its extended, brighter chorus voicing compared to simpler chorus pedals of the era.
Analog, BBD-based CH-1 units like this one were produced with blue or pink labels before BOSS moved to a digital circuit with surface-mounted components in October 2001, which are identified by a dark gray label. Many players and collectors specifically seek out these earlier analog versions for their warmer, more organic chorus character.
This unit is a pink-label, Made in Taiwan example from December 1995, complete with its original box and manual.
This is a vintage analog chorus pedal that has been well preserved for around 30 years.
